Employee Communications Survey
In Winter 2024, I lead a survey project for Beaver Creek Ski Resort’s employee communications strategy.
Put simply, the survey asked our community, can you hear us? How do you hear us? And if needed, how could we speak a little more clearly?
I supervised the creation, marketing, data analysis and presentation of what we discovered to the resort’s senior leadership team. I cannot express how much I learned from this process. I also cannot tell you how many of these posters I hung around the resort (it was a lot).
I accomplished this under the supervision of Senior Communications Manager Rachel Levitsky and her team.

Employee Event Flyers
Department Newsletters
While working on the Ski & Snowboard School Administration Team, I was tasked to manage our department newsletters. And Snow It Goes… communicated important news, safety reminders and resort events. Training News provided information on training and assessments for our instructors to keep in good standing and grow in the snowsports industry.
Along with these newsletters, I would send one-offs for updates and event details to our entire department. All communications were sent through Emma Email Marketing.
